Introducing the very handsome, Henry. He came into our care after being dumped outside of animal control. Unfortunately, it took a little while to catch him and during that time he was being beat up by some other cats that lived in the area. He was sort of a small guy who didn’t stand a chance against the neighbourhood cats. Since coming into our care Henry has really filled out, his coat is shiny, and he’s happy and settled. He’s just been neutered and will be ready to find his perfect family in early November.
Henry is a very social and cuddly cat who gets along with just about everyone. He loves to roll around, get snuggles and rest on your lap. He has a wonderful purr and steals the hearts of everyone he meets. He’ll be a great little buddy for someone who is home a lot and is looking for a best friend.
Since Henry was picked on by other cats when he was younger, we think that he’ll likely be happiest as the only pet in the home so that he doesn’t have to compete for resources. He enjoys getting lots of one-on-one attention.
Henry has a fluffy, full coat so his new family will need to be willing to keep him groomed and tangle-free. He enjoys being brushed so it’s a good way to bond with him.
