Chelsea is a sweet calico kitten who came to us from a hoarding situation, along with her sister, London. They were not handled during the first few weeks of their life so they were very scared of people when they first arrived. Thanks to their wonderful foster family, the kittens now purr when they sees their fosters and actively seek out attention. They tend to be a bit more timid with strangers, but it doesn’t take long for them to warm up. Both kittens are accepting of the other cats and dogs in their foster home and are even getting brave around household sounds, like the vacuum cleaner!
Chelsea is now very affectionate and loves to cuddle. She exhibits expert level “biscuit making” and wants to groom everyone. She has a habit of staring adorably up into your eyes and compelling you to continue to pet her while she enjoys the attention. She loves her kitten siblings and is the mothering type. She has shown no fear of dogs and although she hasn’t been around small children we feel she will be very accepting of any age. She has very soft fur and a cute face that is basically half black and half orange. Chelsea is a very sweet cat and will be a wonderful pet.
Both London and Chelsea get along well and would be happy to be adopted together if a family is looking for a wonderful pair of kitties. However, they could be adopted separately if the right home is found for each. Ideally, they will be adopted into homes where there is at least one other cat that would like to be their friend.
